What destinations/ areas do you offer delivery to?

Purifyne has three different delivery destinations:

  • Within London
  • Nationwide
  • International

 

How do you deliver?

Within London

Purifyne Cleanse packages are delivered by our drivers and by third party delivery companies to your specified address (e.g. home, office, hotel, etc.). It is essential that you inform us of any changes that might affect our ability to deliver the packages to you at the specified address and agreed time. Any such notification must be done at least 6 hours prior to your delivery time.

Nationwide and International

Our Nationwide and International deliveries are performed by courier companies e.g. Fed Ex, DHL, Parcelforce, etc.

 

Days/ times of delivery

We can deliver Purifyne Cleanse packages to your specified address on any day of the week, (except on Mondays for Nationwide and International deliveries) and

- within London: Saturday and Sunday evenings for those starting their plans the following day

- Nationwide: Saturday before 1pm for those who are based outside London and already on cleanse

If you require a delivery time outside of these hours please call a member of our team to discuss your requirements.

London

You will always be notified of an estimated delivery time period prior to your starting your cleanse plan with Purifyne, (e.g. between 08:00 - 10:00).

Nationwide and International

Typically these deliveries should arrive at the destination address no later than 10:00 on the start day of your cleanse plan on any week day.

We also supply our cleanse packages on Saturdays before 1pm to those who are already on cleanse.

The shipment notification with a tracking number will be provided to you via email into your inbox once the packages are dispatched.

* Please note that 5, 7 and 14-day cleanse plans delivered on a Friday can include

- a 3-day juice supply and 1-day Potassium Broth supply for your consumption on Monday

We recommend consuming our freshly made juices within the first three days after receiving them.

Note: whilst we make every effort to ensure reliable deliveries, we are nonetheless dependent on third party courier companies who sometimes experience delays through traffic incidents or bad weather conditions, and we therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times. The delivery time provided is an estimated delivery time only.

 

What are your delivery charges?

Within London

There is no delivery charge for the following central London postcodes: SE1, SE5, SE11, SE17, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12 and SW18

Nationwide

The typical charge for a Nationwide delivery is £14.00 - £19.00 (including packaging). However, the actual delivery cost will depend on the number of deliveries required and the total weight of the packages.

International

The price for any international delivery will be quoted individually depending on the destination address. Please contact a member of our team to obtain a delivery quote.

 

What delivery address shall I use?

We can deliver to your home or work address in the evenings or mornings during the week. We will make delivery to your address as specified by you at the time of your booking.

You must notify us of any changes and provide us with the new relevant delivery address immediately. Any changes in your delivery details must be received at least 6 hours before your delivery time. Whilst we strive to provide the best possible service, we may not be able to accommodate a last minute change to delivery address.

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions.

Home address

You must have a working doorbell at your address or notify us of its absence.

In the event that the doorbell is not working at the time of the delivery, you must keep your mobile phone with you at all times. Our driver may need to contact you if he cannot access the building upon arrival.

Work address

You are responsible for ensuring that any delivery point given for a work address is acceptable to your employer for personal deliveries.

Please ensure that we have a back up contact person details (e.g. a secretary, assistant, co-worker, receptionist etc.) in the event that you may not be unable to accept delivery in person.

 

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

London

Due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic incidents, bad weather conditions, inability to locate the premises due to the insufficient address details provided or any other unforeseen circumstances by the delivery company, our drivers sometimes experience delays. If this should happen you would be informed immediately of any delay and if required your delivery can be rearranged for another time that is convenient for you.

Nationwide and International

Whilst we make every effort to ensure reliable deliveries, we are nonetheless dependent on courier partners who sometimes experience delays through traffic incidents, bad weather conditions inability to locate the premises due to the insufficient address details provided or any other unforeseen circumstances by the delivery company, and we therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We continually strive to ensure that our courier partners maintain a high standard of delivery service, and we will work with clients to find a satisfactory solution to any courier delivery problems that may occur.

In the event of any delivery failure caused, we will undertake to re-arrange the delivery at no cost at any time convenient for you.

 

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

London

We will always ensure that your package is delivered to the specified address in good condition, however if you specify an alternative delivery arrangement (e.g. behind wheelie bin, with a neighbour, in front of the flat door etc.) we cannot provide any guarantee against damage or theft. By your specifying that you want our drivers to leave your cleanse package in front or near your front door you are accepting responsibility in the event that the cleanse package is damaged or stolen.

Nationwide and International

Our third party courier partners will always require a signature as acceptance of your package and will ensure it is delivered in a good condition.

 

Do I need to sign for the package?

London

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the Cleanse package and to sign for them.

In nobody can be at the delivery address to receive the package at the agreed time we will need your authorisation for the package to be left in a secure, designated place (e.g. behind wheelie bin, with a neighbour, etc). This can be discussed with a member of our team when your delivery is being confirmed.

Nationwide and International

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address during the specified delivery time period to receive and sign for your package. Our courier partners require this

In the event of nobody being available to sign for the package, our courier partner will return it to a local depot or post office, where you will be able to collect it.

 

After my package has been delivered, where should I keep the juices?

Our juices are freshly prepared, cold-pressed and therefore should be kept in a refrigerator immediately upon delivery and at all times thereafter.
